Progesterone blood test

I had a blood test done by my gp on.Monday to see if I was ovulating. This was done on day 23 of my 28 day cycle. Last night she called me to say I had! The level should be 30 and mine was 50. Could this mean I’m pregnant or am I being very optimistic??

Fingers crossed that you are! For me though I don't ovulate on my own and my levels are normally only 13nmol. Anything over 30 shows ovulation. With drugs the first month I was monitored I had a level of 54nmol but sadly no pregnancy. I haven't got any other numbers to compare as the month i did fall pregnant i didnt get my levels tested. I don't think progesterone levels are an indication of pregnancy. But good strong ovulation indicator!
