Please help me with my BBT!

First month using the ovucore to temp. Cycles are long and messy since a MC at the start of the year.
My body tried to ovulate a week go, my opks got to about 0.4 then tailed off. Suddenly over the last couple of days ovucore has decided I’m in my ovulation window. Temp was starting to rise again, I got a peak OPK (1.04) yesterday evening which has reduced to 0.6 this morning so surge happened yesterday/overnight. But now this morning I’ve got this massive temp dip! Can ovulation cause this? I know ovucore has put the blue line between sunday & yesterday but as I said I didn’t get my peak OPK until last night so I don’t think that’s right anyway.

Yep, I got a dip on ovulation day when I conceived DD1! (And here’s my current chart for comparison, currently 7DPO).

god I hope it goes up again tonight, it’s already taken me 32 days to ovulate 😩

@curliegirlie yours was a relatively small dip though, mine is a 0.39 plunge! Just seems so extreme.

I wouldn't say you've ovulated yet from your chart, you need 3 sustained rises. You'll probably be ovulating soon if you just got a peak opk.

I used Ovucore and I found it useful as a guide but I didn't take it as gospel. Mine never confirmed ovulation the month I got my bfp. I'm 17 weeks pregnant now.

@sayanythingelse yeah it peaked about 7pm last night so if it hasn’t happened then hopefully any moment now lol

So my temp is up by 0.1 of a degree now, is it ok that it’s not a big spike? Is it ok that it might go up gradually?

@RMS0209 its going up a bit, does this seem ok? Should I be hoping how that it continues to climb?

It's only my second month using mine but here is last months that might help you x

I think the shaded blue line should move to where that dip is, if my temp continues to rise. Don’t know if ovusense will correct itself or just leave as is.
You’ve got a much better rise on your chart! 0.1 doesn’t seem like it’s enough.
