Starting TWW again

This cycle I began testing with OPKs on day 6 of my cycle which was the last day of my period. Then proceeded to get my 'peak' on cycle day 17, which lined up with my apps predicted ovulation day of cycle 18. TWW began...

3/4dpo I thought I'd test with an OPK to satiate my need to POAS. I got a high. The next day was low so thought it must have been an anomaly. Continued to test, and now, on what I thought was 9dpo, they're getting stronger and stronger -- now darker than my original peak and is about twice as dark as the control. Im so gutted! I thought the longest two weeks ever was almost over but now it's starting again 😩😅 I guess I'm due to ovulate tomorrow if it doesn't get any darker?

Do you usually have irregular cycles? I did the same as you, tested at 4DPO and I got a flashing smiley on a CB digital after having a negative a couple of days before. Have you done a pregnancy test? I’ve read people sometimes get a positive OPK with pregnancy. I hope you get your answers soon x

They're not super regular but haven't been longer than 32 days. If tomorrow is O day then it will mean this cycle is 38 days long, but that's hoping that I reached peak today.

I did a pregnancy test on the off chance that it would show something but it was negative (easy@home).
