IVF 7 days post transfer

Hi ladies , I’m on my 3rd round of IVF . I don’t respond to the meds well and each time have only had 2 eggs collected . This time only 1 was mature and with icsi it got to day 5 blastocyst ❤️ . Good quality just a little small .
i had the transfer last Saturday and I tested today …. Negative . Does this mean I’m not pregnant ?
has anyone else had this then later tested positive ?

Hiya, if I remember correctly you are supposed to test two weeks later, not one week. Be patient and wait the correct amount of time x

Thank you ! The clinic have given me a clear blue to do on Wednesday . Thought an early test might pick something up .
