what am I looking at? I went away last year thinking it wasn't too bad they suggested proceive max for Hubby and I lose weight. are we looking at ivf only?

Suggest posting on infertility board where more people will be doing comet tests.

Looks similar to my DPs, we used ICSI to give us a boost after a first disappointing IVF cycle and it helped. But there is lots you can do to improve his sperm dna frag as sperm regenerates every 3 months, supplements, anti-oxidants etc so you might not need IVF. Try a fertility nutritionist eg Mel Brown.
