I was just thinking of going back to the gym where I like to go for a run on the treadmill and do lots of other cardio workouts to lose this extra weight I've gained over xmas.
How risky is it to do this while TTC? Obviously I don't want to do anything to reduce my chances. Do I just carry on as normal?
I've been off the pill for 5 months now and if there's any chance of a possible conception this month already I don't wanna risk anything but I wanna get on with my life as normal so I don't obsess too much iyswim
