Hi, I miscarried just over two weeks ago and am still bleeding - still have a small amount of hormone too (blood test on mon showed 87 and weds 54).

Anyway, my question is - would I have to wait for bleeding to stop and a negative pg test before I start ovulating again?

Not that I would want to start trying again if still bleeding but wanted to check how this all works - and hope that I don't bleed for much longer as would like to try again asap (this one was not expected but now like the idea of a third).

Think this may be a a bit of an silly question though as is it just that when the bleeding stops i may start ovulating from about 14 days later?

FYI - I have 2 young children

Thank you
x

I'm no expert but if I were you I'd ask the doctor. Everyone's different when it comes to after effects of mc. After my first mc I ovulated and fell pregnant immediately but mc again and then stopped ovulating altogether after that. Have a dd now so all ok in the end but I think its best to let body recover for a few months before even thinking about ttc. But do speak to your doc about it.
Good luck and sorry to hear about your mc. x
