Ovulation and back ache

I have had a slight dull ache in my left lower back the last couple of hours. Has anyone else experienced this during predicted ovulation?

I get it on my right...

I get it on either side or unilaterally. My ovulation day was just yesterday and I got the usual aches and pains all round my middle, alternates between left and right (not an indicator of both ovaries releasing an egg, or so I've read).
