Hi I'm not sure if this is the place to post and I haven't posted before, I'm just wondering if this Is what you would call a chemical pregnancy? I haven't had any bleeding yet but my lines have pretty much faded to nothing :( thank you x

Unfortunately it does look that way, OP 🙁
I would stop testing and see if your period shows up in the next day or so. If nothing by Monday then maybe test again? How many dpo are you?

Thank you for replying, I'm honestly not sure, I'm still breastfeeding my just turned one year old so haven't actually had a period yet, I only tested because I was getting headaches (they were a specific kind of headache I got when I was pregnant with my 2 previous little boys) I have a private scan booked for tomorrow to see how far along I am but I don't know if there's any point in going now as its clear they're turning negative

I'd honestly hold off on the scan. Even if the tests are just dodgy and you are pregnant, it's way too early to see anything. You'd be throwing money away.....better spent at a later stage in pregnancy to see an embryo and heartbeat!

Maybe you can call them and shift it to next week, letting them know what the situation is and that obviously if your period comes, you won't be needing the appt.

Yeah I'll do that, thank you for replying

You're welcome. Chemicals, very early losses, they're all crap. That we can test so early now doesn't really help! It's all very much out of our control which doesn't help!
Take care of yourself and good luck if you're TTC!

Hi... I tested positive this week and had some symptoms. Yesterday all my symptoms are gone. I think this is a chemical pregnancy too.
