Ovulation symptoms

Just wondering if anyone noticed any obvious ovulation symptoms? I've noticed change in CM but noticed 'lightening' pain in nipples abs increased sex drive, although I don't know if my minds making it up 🙈

@Harriet669 , those all seem pretty normal symptoms and varies from female to female.

My key sign was I would always get mild pain in my lower abdominal and the obvious change in CM.

@Harriet669 are you wanting to identify exactly when you ovulate? If so, you could use OPKs and temping to pinpoint ovulation in your cycles. Then you know exactly which are your most fertile days

@Regenbogen22 I have been using OPKs but not getting a peak, I spoke to GP about it and they said they don't work for everyone as some women can get a sudden surge and miss it, so they said to look for other symptoms

What in German is called ‘Mittelschmerz’, abdominal pain halfway through your cycle.
Also increased cravings for sweets and feeling a lot more emotional. I used to be nauseous too but that symptom is gone since I started taking evening primrose oil capsules.
