Could this be implantation? TMI image

So so sorry for the TMI image, but could this be implantation?

I am 8dpo. Have been getting sharp twinges in my stomach since yesterday evening and sore boobs. AF isn't due until around 10th May so this is unusual for me.

Never thought I would be posting an image like this but I'm feeling a bit anxious and so some reassurance or opinions would be useful!

Ooh! Potential! Fingers crossed, definitely promising.
Had implantation first time around and remember wiping, seeing (I think it was brownish) light blood, going about my day and then it was gone. I don't remember exactly because I didn't know what it was at the time and only later when I was reflecting back I thought aha! That must've been.

Thank you both for your replies! I really do hope so. I've never had any spotting before and didn't experience implantation bleeding with my first so I have no idea what this tends to look like. Let's wait and see!

Also just to note, I've had nothing else since that little speck earlier on! 🤞🏽

A few yes! I feel a lot more tired than usual, boobs are also really heavy and this usually doesn't happen until closer to AF. I also had very distinct sharp twinges yesterday evening and some this morning which were very different from usual AF cramps. I'll be sure to update ☺️ not planning on testing until a weeks time! (If I can wait that long!)

@HairyBum oh that's reassuring to hear! I also noticed today whilst taking the stairs to my office, feeling a lot more breathless than usual. Not sure if that's me overthinking it or if that's anything to do with possible conception! Let's wait and see ☺️

I am 5 weeks and had this just after I tested.

But then I sometimes spot when I ovulate too but it doesn't look like that.

So the strangest thing happened last night and now I'm super worried I'm out this month 😔 hubby and I DTD last night and straight after when I stood up to walk to the bathroom, bright red fresh blood came out. Sorry for the TMI.
I put a tampon in just in case it was AF but there was barely anything on it this morning. I've read online that it could be cervical irritation as the cervix is a lot more sensitive after possible conception of it could be remaining implantation blood. But it was bright red so I'm doubting it's the latter.
Anybody else have this before? AF isn't due for another week 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Don't give up hope just yet.
With my DS when I was about 11 weeks we DTD and I bled too. A lot. Really bright red blood. All was okay and like you said they said cervix irritation.

But if you kept bleeding after sex do get checked out.

@PinkButtercups thanks so much for the reassurance. Bleeding after sex has never happened to me before so it's really freaked me out! And it was bright red too. Difficult to say exactly how much because it was kind of mixed with semen (again, sorry for the TMI!)

I'm still holding off on testing as much as I would love to do one today!

I had bleeding a week before BFP with DD1, I thought it was normal AF bright red.....she's now 13, it's not uncommon so fingers crossed for you 😊

So ladies... IF that was implantation bleeding on Wednesday when I was 8dpo, surely I would be getting at least a faint positive at this point at 12dpo?! I tested this morning using a FRER and I got the clearest BFN 😩

It depends. Test again on the day your period is meant to start or when you've missed your period.
