Hello,
A little bit about me, I'm 25, I've been off BC for 17 months and I have irregular cycles. DP and I decided in February we'd start trying. Cycle 1 we used a combination of cheap OPK sticks from Amazon (that just didn't work) and PreMom ovulation sticks that showed I ovulated CD 29 in my 42 day Cycle. We BD everyday until 1 week DPO but no luck.

After Googling the best Ovulation trackers I stumbled across the Mira Fertility Tracker, it may have cost £250 but the reviews make it seem worth it.

I haven't seen many people speak about their experiences using the Mira Fertility Tracker on here so I'd thought I'd share my experience.

I'll also be using PreMom OPK alongside Mira to see how well it works.

Currently CD5 and I'll start testing CD9 😊

CD11 (2/10)
Levels today are low but we're staying optimistic because my cycle has been 42 days long for 2 months in a row so I'm sure I'll be fine.

I love that Mira shows my exact level, I feel like I'm doing a mini science experiment every morning as well as eating my fertility out of 10 for my simple mind.

Just managed to speak with my GP surgery after noting being able to get through for a month and them not contacting me regarding my PdG blood test results. The GP actually messed up my blood test referral and it seem I was tested for everything but my hormones. I'll have to wait until Monday to speak with a Dr.

Hi Nellie,

How did you get on with Mira in the end? What levels did you get until Mira showed score of 10. Also looking for some info on Mira as cannot see much.

@Sara123123
Hey! My cycle has been so messed up so I haven't actually been able to use it for a full cycle.

Honestly I don't think it's worth it. I've been using it alongside easy@home OPK test strips (£22) along with Premom app and the test strips have been as accurate as the Mira app.

I've been scheduled this whole cycle to ovulate this Saturday, the 28th on both Mira and the Premom app, after yesterdays Mira test the app change my fertility score to 9/10 saying I'd ovulate today and then this mornings Mira test changed my score to 5/10 saying I'll ovulation day to Sunday.

I only purchased the Mira because of two ttc tiktok influencers used them only for both of them to now not use it and they only started using it in the first place because it was gifted. I know it's not about the packaging but mine certainly didn't look as nice and put together as any of the #gifted reviews

Essentially I'll be paying £80 a month buying the sticks until I'm lucky enough to conceive, safe to say the novelty has worn off.

It's also now clear that my cycle has been off due to stress, I wish I hadn't panicked myself and at most bought the clear blue digital monitor

Apparently as well Mira needs to "get to know" you cycles and average levels which will take months.

I've just looked back on my app and seen that yesterdays fertility score of 9/10 (LH 9.4 E3g:173) has now gone down to 4/10.

Hi {mention:nellie} sorry I know this is an old thread but I'm just searching for info on Mira... I've been using it this cycle and last and in the usual TWW and trying to convince myself I'm PG ha.. too early to tell anyway but..

Wondered what your experience was with progesterone and e2 etc after ovulation? I can't really find any proper info on what should happen after ovulation IF you're pregnant! Just that P peaks 4-5 days afte ovulation and then it will go down if you're not PG... so last cycle I got to find out a few days before my period was even due that I wasnt PG :(

This cycle my P has gone up loads but I think that both E2 and P are supposed to continue rising if you're PG and E2 has dropped (although still reasonably high.. I think it's gone from 242 ish up and down a bit and now to 147.. P was higher than 30 (!) yesterday and then 21 today...both highest it's ever been but not sure what others' experiences are with this...

@Rosiestraws
Hey, honestly I stopped using it after 4 months.

I don't want to be a negative Nelly but I don't trust the Mira and wish I had gotten the Clear Blue equivalent, I feel like it would have saved me a lot of money and heartache.

The Mira requires months of testing to actually learn your cycle, I found this out too late after discussing issues with customer services and reviews.

Also you'll find all the members of the TTC community online tend to have been sent the Mira for free and stop using it as soon as they stop being sent the wands for free. I actually couldn't find a non sponsored/ gifted review on YouTube

Buy the clear blue equivalent or even better the easy @ home ovulate sticks and some easy @ home pregnancy tests. Easy @ home is incredibly cheap and does the same job.

I feel as if Mira is taking advantage of vulnerable women
