I posted a few weeks ago when my partner got his SA results back and mentioned that he had abstained for longer than advised (he didn’t read the leaflet properly!) and all of his results were extremely low.
His results from his second SA analysis have come back today with slightly better results (see both attached, 1st results top and 2nd results bottom) which some of you said you thought would be the case when abstaining for a shorter period.
We are both already taking an array of vitamins and we’ve started eating Brazil nuts and more asparagus etc but with sperm count still this low, is there hope of it getting anywhere where it needs to be to give us the best chance of conceiving naturally?
