Cause of random early ovulation

Anyone here had a random cycle where they ovulated much earlier than usual? And do you know what may have caused it?

I normally ovulate CD15. But a few months ago I ovulated CD10 or CD11.

This cycle, I am currently on CD7 and my opk is much darker than it normally is on CD7. I've also been extremely stressed and can feel cramping on my right side. Normally stress makes me ovulate late though.....

Any thoughts?

Hi. Yes I had few times an early ovulation. Once on CD8 and now I’m ovulating CD10/CD11.

@GingerFox2021 Do you know why you may have ovulated early that cycle?

The only thing I can think of is it may have been a cycle where I stopped taking vitamins.

@Babydust2022 I think it was smth to do with the supplements when I started them. But then I had a late ovulation too as late as CD22 🤷‍♀️. Once I started supplements, I feel it got messed up.
