Late and waiting...

Anyone else in my boat? Currently 3 days late for AF, tested tonight and negative but it was a digital so maybe a first response would have been better.
I've only been off the pill for one cycle (we tried for a bit last year, had an early loss and decided to take a break), and I will be surprised if it happened so quick, but I had cramping and backache on Thursday night, was sure it was on its way then nothing happened.
Anyone want to join for the wait for either AF or a positive?

Are you sure you didn't ovulate late though? Do you track ovulation?

I couldn't say to be honest. We decided to not track anything apart from when AF is due (based on a 28 day cycle) because we didn't want to put the stress and pressure on ourselves. It was just the cramping and lower back ache on Thursday Eve that has got me all confused! Ever since having my first child I get a horrible pressure pain down there when I'm on AF and I had that breifly along with the cramping but then it all disappeared, had a couple of twinges since but nothing major and no sign of AF.
