Conceive plus ovulation support & fertility support, did it affect your cycle?

Ok so this month I decided to take the Conceive plus ovulation support & fertility support, & I'm unsure whether I have ovulated or not. I haven't had any EWCM yet, but I only ever get a tiny bit for one day anyway & I've not really had my usual ovulation pain either. I've had a few twinges but it normally lasts for a good couple hours & this month it was only minutes.
My cycles vary from 28-35 days & im currently CD26. My LP is only 10 days.
I've not used OPKS for months as I've basically given up after nearly 3 years of trying now & have the mindset that I'm lucky to already have 2 children already 16 & 12. I'm now 37 years old.

So my question is really to anyone that's taken these, did you ovulate later? Earlier? & did it affect your EWCM & did you notice you had less ovulation pain? When you took it did you notice anything different at all to your cycle that month?

I didn’t notice much with this vitamin! It appears to be a multi vit with myointisol added in which is supportive for women with pcos and hormones x

@emzzx I've just googled myo inositol & can't find much about if it can delay ovulation, as everything I find just tells me that it's good for people with PCOS. I have wondered if I've got that. I suppose I'll just sit & wait for AF🤦‍♀️x

Well it's CD31 now & I've still not had any of my usual ovulation symptoms, I must have ovulated, so all I can think is that the supplements have taken away my ovulation symptoms , other than that I haven't ovulated this month🤷‍♀️

I took these, and now you mention it I do remember getting less EWCM. But I was still using OPKs so just went with when they were positive. I took them for about 3 cycles before I got pregnant.

@SunshineIndoors123 that's interesting about the EWCM being less, did you notice if you ovulated later than usual or late in your cycle?

@aquarius36 no, I didn't ovulate any later than usual

aquarius36 · 30/04/2022 13:08

Well I've just found out I'm pregnant today in the first month of taking these! After 3years of trying! I'm in shock! Had no ovulation pains or EWCM this month🤯

Congratulations! I'm nearly 30 weeks now, and concieved after trying for over 4 years. Obviously impossible to say it was all down to these, but I'll definitely be using them if we decide to try for any more in the future! Congratulations again, I know exactly how it feels after years of trying, all the disappointment and heartache along the way💐

Sorry that my experience isn't exactly what you're looking for, but hope it might add some info anyway. I started taking folic acid and vit D supplement last month and it made my period 2 weeks late, I was quite shocked but then read that others have experienced similar. I've also been wondering if it will impact ovulation or not; it's puzzling that there's not a whole lot of info out there about it!

gianaInfertilitySucks · 30/04/2022 17:28

Congratulations!!

Just seen your latest post, huge congratulations! GrinFlowers

Hi! Different vitamin but I took the well woman pregnacare his & hers before conception and it messed my cycle up this month! So a little similar.
So you are not alone
I'm now just taking - boots folic acid, iron , vit D & vitamin b6. X

RMS0209 · 30/04/2022 17:55

Oops should have kept reading! BRILLIANT news! Congratulations x

aquarius36 · 30/04/2022 22:39

Thanks ladies 💐 I'm just in complete shock. I won't let it feel real until I'm a lot further on, now I've just got to try & stay pregnant 🌈🥹 going by my last period I'm supposedly 4wks & 4days
