IUD pregnancy

I have had an IUD for a couple of years. I decided for many reasons that it was no longer the birth control for me. My partner and I were having unprotected sex the entire time it was in place and he always finished inside. We last had unprotected sex on a Friday, 4 days before my IUD removal. It was removed Tuesday and 2 days later on Thursday I started my period. It lasted 5 days. It has now been a few days since that period ended and I have a headache, swollen boobs, cramps, extreme fatigue. I took a test and it is faint positive. Is this possible??

simply put, if your having sex it's possible.
i became pregnant with one in place (taken out and the pregnancy continued to term).

No, I realized I was pregnant very early on, the IUD was removed easily and the pregnancy continued without incident.

Yeah, that's where I'm confused. When they took my IUD out they had to test me for pregnancy, not sure why come to think of it but before they got started I had to pee in a cup. Negative as expected. Two days after removal I start my period. Regular bleeding. It's been 4 days since my period ended and I have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms so I took test and positive. Haven't had sex since removal so definitely confused. I have an appointment with my doctor on Tuesday just hoping for some insight in the meantime
