Hey guys first time poster here!
TTC first baby and we're on cycle 10 and trying the SMEP for the first time but have a few questions...when is it best to BD? And are there many success stories from trying this? I've been on folic acid since July 2021 and have tried pregnacare vitamins (didn't get on well with these) and have tried couple of months of not tracking or "trying" and more relaxing and I've been eating healthier I've never smoked and not a big drinker so I've cut that out easily and I've been tracking ovulation with tests since Christmas and trying to BD around ovulation and my fertile period but so far no luck and just feel like although we havent been trying very long our hope is slowly fading with each month that goes by, does anyone have any tips that may help or anything different that worked for them?
