Clear FRER Line in Wrong Place?

This line was clear by about the 3 minute mark, but looks like it's in the wrong place? I bought it at the Co-op, so should be a "real" FRER.... what does it mean??

First image looks to be the clearest...

It’s a clear positive OP. Both lines are slightly further along than normal, just means the test is slightly further up inside the plastic packaging
