Covid & Periods

For context - I'm 36 with a 3 year old DD and have been told recently I have diminished ovarian reserve.

For the last 2/3 months my period has arrived bang on 17th each month, last month I unfortunately had tested positive for covid, the exact same day I came on my period

This month my fertility/cycle app predicted I'd come on around the 11th, I had the usual pains, acne etc all usual symptoms but AF never arrived, so I thought I'd wait until the 17th... AF hasn't arrived yet

I've since taken a FRER which we thought had the tiniest of shadows, so waited until today & took a digital & that's come back as a BFN which I expected tbh

Has anyone experienced this after covid? I'm still having cramping/shooting pains in my uterus like I'm coming on but nothing?!

I haven't been vaccinated also... no hate please I'm due to go soon

Can anyone help/have some advice??

My cycle was all over the place after having covid, my opks were really strange too. Both are normally very regular.
I'm hoping they will be back to normal next month

No advise im afraid, but I'm expirencing something similar.

Was due on my period 21st march and tested positive for covid that day. Came on 3 days later than usual.

This month I was 3 days late again, I ovulated earlier in my cycle but if I had started my period when I was originally due, it would have been at the right time (if that makes sense)

I'm amazed that covid has been able to change my cycle, I'm worried that it's going to cause us problems TTC but fingers crossed it settles down in a few months.

Thank you for the replies!

We did get our hopes up a little but at the back of my mind I knew i wouldn't be, but we'd stopped putting so much stress and effort into TTC that I thought maybe we could've caught with what little eggs I have left Sad

I'm just hoping it arrives soon, it's the shooting/prickly pains in my uterus that's annoying me... so confused! Didn't realise covid could mess up my cycles Sad
