Morning lovelies xx Onto cycle #4 for me now, currently CD2. No idea what happened, there was plenty of sperm in there, or so I thought, so probably another shitty egg. New OPK coming and have arranged fertility testing at the London Women's Clinic. The NHS likely won't be interested in helping me until after I've turned 35 (where fertility drops off a cliff according to the internet) and frankly I've wasted more than enough time already. I hope everyone is okay xx

Decided not to test yesterday as it was my birthday so today is 10 DPO and I think I may have a got an absolute squinter this morning on FRER 🙊. Could be an evap but I will say I think I see pink in it (always so difficult to photograph and send on here isn’t it!) but the fact it’s so hard to photograph makes it question it tbh. Please let me know what you think!?

@SarahShorty sorry it's rubbish, hopefully fertility testing will either give you something to work towards or will set your mind at ease. I'm 34 in October and TTC for the first time (and I would like 2) so also feeling that fear of the dreaded 35! Hope you're ok

I have a question - I don't remember having 2 rubella shots. I know I had one- should I discuss 2nd shot with my GP when it's not too late?

Also, I did not have rubella as a child.

@Hjudge56 happy birthday for yesterday. I think I may be able to see something there but could be an evap. Test again tomorrow or Friday and see if it's darker? HCG doubles every 48 hours so you may not see much change if you test tomorrow.

@catscatscatseverywhere welcome....if you're in the Uk you should have had your rubella as the MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) vaccine at 1 and 3 years so doubt you'd remember having it? Can always check with GP though to be sure as they'll have a record.

I am in the UK now, but I was growing up in other country. I remember all kids at school having rubella, but I didn't have it. I had MMR shot when I was 19, this I know for sure. It was 10 years ago, so I still should have some protection though?

Oh, I just checked the official website. I must have had it as 13 years old as well! Phew. I just didn't know it was for rubella and I bet my mum won't remember it now.

To be honest ladies I feel like it’s SO faint and could be an indent. And I’ve been having period like cramps today.. AF due 4/5 days so im not holding out a huge amount of hope!

I was wondering if I could have a little advice?

Its my first cycle, ttc 1 and first time using OPK tests. As you can see I have been terrible at taking the tests at the same time so I am not sure how accurate the results are attached, I have a feeling I may have been taking the photos a little too soon before waiting 5 minutes too. Anyway I digress!

I have got a good solid line today (hooray we did the baby dance last night). The app says high. Is this likely to get darker? Should I test again tonight/tomorrow morn to see whether I hit peak? Does this mean that ovulation is imminent?

Also TMI and a little embarrasing, but DP was aware we were approaching the golden hour (ov) and for the first time in 7 years he got a little 'stage freight'. Has this happened to anyone else? We got there in the end, but it took us both by surprise as its never happened before. Not sure if it's the pressure? Will try again tonight/tomo and hopefully it won't become a regular occurrence. I feel terribly guilty sharing that, but nothing is TMI on this thread I don't think? 🙊

@Summerbreeze111 yes going to test in the morning then see where we’re at! Feeling quite doubtful though to be honest!

@Summerbreeze111 looks like a dye stealer so I can’t imagine it’ll get darker than that so good timing! Also definitely no such thing as tmi. My DH hasn’t had stage fright but I don’t tell him when I’m ovulating as I don’t want to add pressure to him or make it seem like we’re just doing it for baby making reasons.

@Hjudge56 fingers crossed for us both as I’m also not feeling positive about my super faint test. Fairly sure mines just an avap. It’s like torture!!

@Summerbreeze111 that's a good positive. It may get darker or it may start going down now. I'd test again this evening and then tomorrow morning. When it starts decreasing the highest reading is your peak so you'll then ovulate in the next 24-48 hours (although that can only be confirmed by BBT rise).

A bit of 'stage fright' is pretty normal I think, he definitely won't be the only one to have experienced it. TTC puts pressure on something that has never before had that so it's understandable!

@tryingtryinggone i have just gone back a page and definitely see a faint line on yours! The more I looked at mine the less I could see the line and I’ve actually just looked at the test again randomly and there is nothing on there at all so I definitely think mine was evap!

will of course test the next couple days to see my fate!

@Hjudge56 its so frustrating isn’t it 🙈 I feel like I’m going crazy and seeing lines that aren’t there.

so I couldn’t help myself and have done 2 more since yesterday morning. Can definitely see squinters but still thinking they’re evap lines. I’ve ordered some new tests that aren’t 2 years out of date so will see what they show when they arrive but that’s not until Saturday so AF will definitely be here by then if she’s coming!

@SarahShorty sorry to hear that hope you get on okay. As hard as it is cycle 4 is still very early but I know all to well that it feels like forever. Hope you get on well

So I got my peak today on OPK still not high according to Premom but as dark as mines ever go. Due to ovulate tomorrow so seems right on time with my usual timing. Started bleeding a bit today which is a little unusual for me though but I'm trying to take all new things as a good sign 🤞 anyone else get ovulation bleeding ? Now to enter the dreaded TWW for the 6th time 😩 there's something about this 6th cycle that's making me nervous because I know I'll be heartbroken if it doesn't happen this month

@lj2022 fingers crossed for you. I sometimes get spotting around what I assume is ovulation (this is my first month actually tracking it)
