Hi all, looking for some hope and insight into BBT charting. I’ve had 2 failed rounds of clomid and have switched over to letrozole 5mg from CD 2-7.. I’m not CD 18 & have had negative OPK so far with sometimes barely there faint lines, so naturally I’ve been testing twice a day waiting for a rise, however I’ve been chatting BBT alongside and today have had 3 consistent higher readings than my previous 6.. I wish I could attach my chart somehow but the readings ranged from 97.2 - 97.4, I had a dip of 96.98, with a spike to 98.00 the following day, and then 97.79 & 97.70.
Now I’m left feeling confused as I was waiting for a rise in OPK and was only having intercourse every 2-3 days thinking I’ll have an obvious positive on OPK, but wondering if ovulation has already passed? Any thoughts?
Background info: pcos confirmed through lack of periods (1 a year if lucky) & borderline high testosterone levels, no cysts on ovaries.. TTC for 2 years with no hope so far 🥺

@salia12345678910 sorry to jump on an old post I just wondered how you’re getting on with letrozole, I’m going to ask doc if I can swap as clomid literally does all sorts of crazy things to my body in terms of pains and swelling I think it brings on mild OHSS, what was the reason for you switching to letrozole?

thanks 😊
