Chemical pregnancy no bleed ?

Really looking for some advice , wasn’t trying to conceive but came off birth control patch as felt horrible on it , had a withdrawal bleed then a month later waited for my period to arrive didn’t arrive so took a test and was positive took 4 more all different brands to make
Sure and they were all positive , the next day I took a digital along with remaining tests all negative and have been negative since now 13 days late with no period but negative tests ? Have asked my doctor and was told to just wait it out and see if
My period arrives . Any one been in this situation what was the outcome ?

My GP told me I may not have a period when I had my chemical. I had some spotting but she said my cervix was closed, she said I would probably skip a period then have a heavier one the time after xx

Thank you, I have been searching the internet to see if some people just don’t bleed after a chemical pregnancy and my doctors haven’t told me just said to wait.
