Early O = early AF?

Annoyingly missed o this cycle as it came weirdly early at cd9. Does anyone know if that means AF typically comes earlier as well?

I believe your Luteal phase (between O and AF) always stays the same Xxx

I would say yes....had just experienced it first hand here Grin My regular cycle is around 30/31 days. Anyway, this current cycle i ovulated unexpectedly pretty early around cd10/11 (opk tracking) Period came today on cd27 which is about 4/3 days earlier than usual. So yeah, the equation applied to my case. Grin
