Symptoms at day 25?

Hi all,

Usual cycle is 29-31 days. Regular ovulation. Not actively trying this month and only DDTD on cycle day 8 (slow month!). Now day 25 feel horrendously sick, sore nipples and bleeding gums (never had this before). Test is negative and period not due for week or so. Is it possible?!
