Hello all on this TTC journey.

Since February I've noticed that my cycle lengths (days between each period aren't the same) does anyone else have this? Is it normal?

Between Feb and March it was 35 days and between March and April it was 27 days.

How on earth am I supposed to know when I'm ovulating if my cycle lengths are varying slightly? Should I be OPK testing for a better idea?

I was so lucky with my current two children as there was no trying as such but its over 6 years ago now since I had my youngest.

Any tips and tricks or if your in the same boat please join me!

Hello @allthingssparkly mine vary too and I track using opks and my peak days also vary.

My peaks so far have been CD17, CD13, CD16, CD14, CD12, CD16 (today).

Cycle lengths have been 30, 28, 26, 29, 26 and not sure this cycle as I’m CD16 today and got peak today.

I think even women who have clockwork length cycles still can peak and ovulate on varying days so I’d say tracking with opks can help you know what your most fertile days are but also if not just make sure you are dtd often enough in your cycle to cover a good amount of days.

Good luck! Smile

Thank you @Newbiemg it's good to know there's others out there with different cycle lengths/ovulation days.

I think I'm going to try with OPK's this cycle and see if they can give me a better indication.

🤞🤞🤞

Hi!

I’m the same, over the last year, my cycles have been anywhere from 24-35 days! I use opks to try and track (when I’m not feeling mega stressed about it) January I peaked on cd16 and this cycle I peaked cd19, it’s just so frustrating😂

I’ve still not got the hang of most of this yet and we’ve been trying for a year😬x

It's so fustrating isn't it @Chlo1995 😩 I'm going with the flow with it all but it's easier said than done. My period just finished yesterday so will see what this cycle brings 🤞

I've also ordered B Complex vitamins to take once a day too, as I've heard taking vitamins certainly with folate in can help when TTC 🤞
