Miscarriage? Please help!

I got 3 positive tests on Monday and was getting symtoms eg tiredness feeling sick etc.
I've woken up this morning to bleeding like a dark red colour but no pain so far I've phoned the hospital but they told me just to wait it out for now.
Anyone had this and been ok I did have light bleeding with my 2 boys but not as much I'm heart broken I've wanted this for so long

I had heavy bleeding with my son for a good few weeks. It was a subchorionic hematoma, which was a pooling of blood in the womb. He was fine.

How heavy is the bleeding abs how far along do you think you are? All you can do is rest up whilst you are bleeding.

It started light but now similar to period so think I'm probably losing the baby.

I’m sorry this is happening to you.

It does sound like it could be a a chemical pregnancy. The only way to check at this stage is to do a couple of decent tests like FRER a day or two apart and see if the lines get darker or lighter.

I’m sorry, I’ve had one and it was awful. You can have planned your whole life with this baby in the space of a few days, I know.

Even more confused now bleeding lightly for 2 days not as heavy as a period but now it's stopped didn't get much pain not even normal period pain anyone any ideas? when should I test again?
