If you miss the LH surge, even if you test twice a day, will the test still show peak the next day?

Any advice would be helpful

@HackneyGirl2022 Hello so you will get the static smiley face when the CB detects your LH surge and it stays on the screen for 48 hours.

Some people have a short LH surge and some a longer one so it’s really hard to say. Some people ovulate as early as 12 hours after their LH peak so if this is the case for you then one day you could have a positive ovulation test and the next day it’s negative because you already ovulated. If this is the case the CB might have picked it up one day but not the next because it’s over. On the other hand some people take longer to ovulated after so then yes the CB may pick up the LH the next day if it didn’t the day before.

It won’t be the same for everyone. I like to use both CB and cheapie opks because then you can keep an eye on line progression.
