No EWCM!

I have one moment a month, about 4-5 days before ovulation, where I have EWCM. Otherwise none. Should I panic?!

Are your cycles otherwise normal? Do you track anything eg temperature or opks

There are many other symptoms of ovulation e.g breast tenderness, heightened libido etc other than EWCM though I totally understand why this has you concerned. The CM is meant to make things easier for the sperm but unless you track and have reason to believe from testing that you don't then I'd try not to worry. How long have you been TTC?

Cycles otherwise normal, regular, just very absent of any EWCM. Worried sperm can't get where they need to be.

You could also try evening primrose oil, have heard a lot of good things about it increasing EWCM? Think you only take it up to Ovulation. I don't take it personally I just make sure I'm drinking ALOT prior to ovulation and I tend to get quite a lot. Staying hydrated is really important for CM.
