Conflicting things I'm reading online, we've kept it at every two days but feeling a bit of guilt that it might not be enough. But also, toddler mum and work makes it tough. Always tired! And the guilt sets in during peak periods. TTC for a year with one MC.

Any advice - what has worked for you?

When I got pregnant last year me and my husband tried the sperm meets egg plan. From cycle day 8 you do the deed every other day, once you get a positive ovulation test you have sex 3 days in a row, skip a day and then try one more time. Having a toddler and working this method may be difficult for you to do but wanted to let you know what worked for me, unfortunately my pregnancy ended in miscarriage but after trying to conceive for a long time I do think it helped.

Every two days is plenty.

Thank you, feel reassured. Fingers crossed it'll happen this year.
