Hello, just wanted to hear any similar stories or positive thoughts.
I found that I was pregnant yesterday, but shortly after I started bleeding. I messaged my obgyn and he also believed that I may be having a chemical pregnancy. I got my blood levels tested today, and the results showed up as HCG level at 22. My doc said that if I am bleeding that I am most likely having a miscarriage and to retest my blood in a few days to see which direction my levels go.
Just feeling so lost, being that this is my first time actually “being pregnant” after ttc for over a year now.

How long after a chemical pregnancy is it possible to get pregnant again?

Has anyone carried out to full pregnancy despite bleeding?

Dear @Lexxa - sorry about that.
After a chemical, you can get pregnant immediately. You don’t have to wait, because chemical is hardly a pregnancy so there’s so tissue left if you’ve got your period. 🥺

Get another blood test done in a few days to see what your HCG levels are. Just to be sure this is indeed a chemical and not an ectopic or something. 😬

I’ve never had a chemical (or any pregnancy for that matter) but I’ve heard of people who bled in their pregnancies and kept it going. But a bleeding this early on and with a low HCG is not such a good sign.
They say that after a chemical you are supposedly more fertile, though, so you have a good chance to concieve again soon after.
