Trying to concieve st 40

How many cycles did it take to concieve at 40 years old .

Hi, I'm TTC, turned 40 yesterday. I had a MMC in December last year and have been TTC again since then as we feel we don't have time to wait. I'm pretty sure that this month is the first normal cycle I've had since MMC. I'm in my fertile window now and we have been DTD everyday since last AF, to maximise chances but also because we just wanted too, haven't forced it. Took us 3 cycles TTC last year and thought we had our miracle right before I turned 40 but sadly wasn't to be. Always said to my DH that 40 was my cut off and would stop TTC when I turned 40 but after MMC changed my mind and still going. My ovulation day was actually meant to be on my 40th birthday so hoping I've got the best birthday present ever. Would be good to have someone to talk to also TTC at 40. Second cycle a month before my 40th birthday. Had twins.
