Hi, I’m 29 years old and trying to conceive. I suppose to start my period April 9th but I went to the bathroom and noticed blood when I wipe. It wasn’t much and a mixture of red and brown. I put a pad on and a few hours later, went to the bathroom and NOTHING. I went a few hours after and now I’m back bleeding, very similar to a period but I’m not cramping as much nor bleeding a lot to fill a pad. My lower back was in ALOT of pain last night which lasted for a few hours. I’ve never been pregnant before and honestly a little nervous, could I be pregnant. My first day of my last period was March 13th.

It’s a possibility that you could be pregnant.
I’d wait a few more days and then take an early pregnancy test.
It could be the start of a period and might be lighter today and then change tomorrow.

It's impossibly to say without a test, unfortunately OP. I had two pregnancies with early bleeding, that sounds similar to what you describe. One resulted in a beautiful healthy baby, the other one in miscarriage. If you're worried, do a test. Also, as we age, our cycle change - my period often has a few days at the start that are very light and on/off.
