Bad leg pains

Hi does anybody knows which vitamin is an phosphate? As I was in hospital for an few days and they were giving it to me for leg pain and teeth aching I've looked everywhere on Google can't find which one it is ? Any idea please

Phosphate is not a vitamin. It’s a mineral, just like iron and potassium. Good for bones and teeth. Go to the pharmacy and ask there which supplements you should take and what dosages and all about toxicity. I don’t know anything about it sadly, not even sure od you can have TOO MUCH of it. 😬 So definitely ask a doctor about that.

But it can be found in certain foods as well (just like potassium in bananas, etc). You can find it in seafood, chicken, nuts …

Hi I did go he said it's an salt because as I've come out of hospital the pain has started again that's why I was thinking is it potassium or an salt
