LUTEAL PHASE

Hi!
Just wondering what everybody's luteal phase is please?
I was getting to DPO14 before spotting Dec & Jan.
I've only got to DPO12 last 2 cycles
I know anything between 11/17 is normal I'm just being nosey more than anything

Yours is very good I believe, but there are supplements which can support the LP too. I think it’s B6, iron and angus castus

Between 13-15, but I can start spotting from 11/12dpo which can be confusing because it makes me think it can be implantation bleeding 🤦🏼‍♀️

Mine is about 10 days, it was longer before i had my ds 2 years ago and i keep worrying i wont get pregnant again because of it. I started taking vit b6 and vit c this cycle.

The only thing I did differently the cycle I fell pregnant was to take Vitamin C, as I read that helps to lengthen the Luteal phase.

Thanks so much for replying! I just worry as it appears to have dropped 2 days... hopefully April is my lucky month 🙂

That does give me some hope which i have lost lately, googling stuff isnt helping!😁

@Kitty901 google was also telling me I would struggle to get pregnant, and I was worrying my luteal phase was too short. But I have 3 children and currently pregnant again. I took vitamin b complex 100 to help, and was on evening primrose the cycles I conceived in my last 2 pregnancies.

Congratulations! I am taking vitamins too, hopefully they work and we get pregnant soon. Xx

How do you work out your luteal phase? I’m so confused lol. Last month I ovulated on day 14 and it was a 28 day cycle?

Hi everyone, I just thought I'd update my comment on this thread - I ended up finding out at my 12 week scan that I'd had a missed miscarriage at 10w 6days. :(

I wish everyone else luck in getting their BFP.
We've decided not to try again x
