Do you watch or look away?

So I’m in my 2WW and I’m on cycle 3 of trying to conceive my second. I’m a poas addict testing earlier than would even show a result!

I know the movies show you, you pee put the test on the side and the disappear for three mins and come back and it’s a BFP! I’ve done both where I’ve watched it develop and it’s clearly a BFN and also left it and come back. I find leaving the test gives me more anxiety when turning it over to then get a BFN!

Anywhoo indulge me to pass some off this 2WW and tell me- do you watch the pregnancy test develop or do you leave it and come back?

I was confused there -as this is under conception, I thought that was when you look away!

I'll never forget watching the colour creep up and darken the test line when I was pregnant with DD. It was immediate.

I've only done one test , for my current pregnancy. I need on it and the line started showing straight away. But as the instructions said wait 5 minutes we left it without watching it. The line was obviously still there but I'd never done a pregnancy test before.

For opks I did watch them develop.
