Thanks for the reassurance @FfayeN! I guess I’m also a bit peeved that I can’t have a standard 28 day cycle, ovulating on CD14, just for once, as we’ve had a lot of action over the Easter holidays 🤣 Not sure it’s sustainable for another week or so!

@curliegirlie you will get there. This was actually a rare 14 day ovulation for me as I normally have very short cycles. Luckily I flew back into the country just in time to catch it with hubby the day after my peak, but sadly I'm here so it didn't work out. Got everything crossed for next time! Keep tracking and if you need to give yourself a break, ovulation happens 12-36 hours after a peak so plenty of time to get going again if you see another rise xx

Just place marking my place. Mmc at 6 weeks should of been 10 weeks. I had medical management few days ago and seems all was done last night.
now down to just normal period bleeding so hoping that was it.

hoping to ttc again straight away. Took us 11 cycles to get this pregnancy. And my DD is now already 4 😫 so much bigger gap than anticipated. But just want that second child and a chance to do it again.

anyway I had a Mc prior to my DD and my ovulation took 4 weeks and period 6 weeks to return. But I was 13 weeks then no measuring 6 weeks. So unsure if this might be quicker 🤞🏼

i guess I shall use a pregnancy test in a couple of weeks after bleeding stops and see if I get a negative.

@curliegirlie im tracking using easy at home tests and I’m a bit perplexed or worried or god knows as I don’t know if my change in LH is normal…

Has anybody had one cycle get 1.7 on the peak like the first pic and then the next cycle get 0.85 as the peak? Seems really low compared to last month, and yesterday I think I could feel ovulation pain as it felt the same as last month. Just worried a peak under 1 is not right, we have dtd enough I think anyway but I was hoping my cycle would be similar so I know how future cycles would be.

10dpo now but I don't want to test, because if it'd negative I'll be crushed, even though a neg at 10dpo is normal. I'd rather wait until AF is due.
Having some mild cramps, sometimes my boobs ache, and occasionally some nausea but that might be because I'm doing slimfast and not eating much in the day 😆

I wouldn’t worry about the exact peak @Lizm1990 I’d just assume it was nearly there but you just missed it when peeing on that particular stick….looks like the app also makes that assumption.

10dpo and just started bleeding :( its light but not as light as when I had real implantation bleeding with my last pregnancy. I was really hopeful for this cycle. Started getting nipple pain and a metallicy taste yesterday, but this morning I felt that weird squeezy stomach feeling I get when I'm getting my period. Cervix is high though , and I can just reach the tip and it feels closed? But I don't feel positive at all. I'm not even due until next wednesday. This is the second time AF has come early after a positive ovulation test! Really wish I hadn't canceled that docs appointment on Thursday :( I'll have to book another one.

I'm so sorry. I understand though. Our friends just confided in us that they are pregnant and it was an accident.
I'm happy for them, but also feel sad that we tried so hard for so long to complete our family and failed. We would have been welcoming our final baby next month if things had worked out so it's still a bit tender for us.

I've had bad indigestion the last few days, am I going insane to think it could mean something? I'm only like 3 dpo 😂

How are all my cycle buddies? I’m CD17 and still bloody waiting for ovulation! This morning’s OPK reading was only 0.19, so I guess that means it’s unlikely to be today or tomorrow sigh. I reckon I’m in for a longish cycle this one. I know I shouldn’t panic - after all, DD2 was conceived when I ovulated on CD25, after it having been CD16 for most previous months - but I’m just thinking gaah, I’ve potentially got another week of this uncertainty, followed by the joys of the TWW of course!

CD2 now after AF came 4 days early :( this is cycle 4 now. If I don’t conceive this cycle then it’ll be the longest it’s ever taken me to get pregnant. I know it’s not a long time on the whole but it still feels like a deadline I’m trying desperately to meet. I am trying Agnus Castus to see if it helps with these short LPs I’ve been having.

My problem when TTC DD1 was different (lack of ovulation, probably caused by hypothyroidism), but I started taking Agnes castus just before I was started on levothyroxine and I ovulated for the first time in 10 cycles, bringing my ridiculous 146 day cycle to an end!

@curliegirlie glad it worked for you! I’m hoping it’ll bring ov forward a bit as well instead of taking over 3 weeks! And then a shorter LP too 🤞

Hmm, yes, if my current cycle continues to be weird I might give AC a go again next cycle. I think used to take it for the first 12 days of each cycle. And 6 months afterwards my BFP with DD1 appeared!

Just wanted to share my story because I don’t really know what else to do.

have suffered 2 miscarriages before but both very early, 5 weeks and like 4 1/2.

Then I got pregnant and today I’m 8 1/2 weeks. Scan on Thursday showing I was measuring 2 days ahead from previous scan and I was delighted. I had had spotting so was so nervous. It was a huge relief to see all was fine.

Then today everything changes. For whatever reason I just started bleeding out of nowhere really heavy red blood. It eased off after an hour and as it was clot and pain free I convinced myself it would be ok (somehow). However just an hour ago I passed one huge fist size clot which I can only imagine was the sac.

No pain and bleeding seems to have stopped but my heart is absolutely shattered. I can’t believe in just 4 days it can all be over after hearing a perfect heartbeat and seeing everything was great. It’s just crazy how fast your whole world can be turned upside down with no warning.

To anyone who’s suffered the same my heart goes out to you because we do not deserve this.

@TTBAM91 I am so so sorry to hear whats happened. I hope you have some people around you who can support and give you comfort. No words can describe how you must be feeling but just know that you are not alone and this community will listen to all you may want to say, the gritty and hard stuff too. Once you feel ready make sure you seek a full blood profile from your GP, this may raise something that may be causing your losses. No one should have to go through this once, let alone most of us here who are in a similar position to you. Take care of yourself, sending love xxx

@TTBAM91 I'm so sorry to hear you've started bleeding. I've seen a few stories like this before and it's been a blood clot - baby is usually fit and dandy. Same symptoms too and could tie in with the spotting. Did they mention anything on the scan? I wouldn't assume the worst yet but completely understand your fear. Maybe call the EPU and see if they can give you a scan tomorrow?

@LuckyMoonstone im sorry to hear AF arrived 😢 hoping AC works for you. Have you tried to get your hands on some progesterone? I think that helps short LP.

@curliegirlie I'm CD15 and got my peak yesterday and today. I saw your tests that you posted - is it possible you got your peak on CD12 in the eve? I literally have tests which go from 0-100% in the space of a morning-evening. Mine look like yours and given the evening is missing, just wondering if maybe that's the case given you're getting low readings now? If you have long cycles then probably not but just thought I'd throw that out there!

@bunnykins123 well that’s the hope, innit, that I went up and down ridiculously quickly uncharacteristically early…history suggests otherwise (late or anovulatory), but I’d happily cross my fingers it was early, as we had things well covered 😉. It would certainly save me stressing over the current OPK squinters I’ve been getting the past couple of days…

@TTBAM91 I'd still ask the EPU for a scan just to double check. I'm sorry you're going through that :(

My update: currently 1dpo :O

I was still testing positive last Tuesday then decided to test again on a whim on Friday and it was completely negative. I was so surprised! The next morning I had EWCM and pains in my left side so my husband and I quickly got to it haha. I think I actually ovulated in the early hours of Sunday morning as I was woken up with really bad pains. Fingers crossed we've managed to catch it! :)

@bunnykins123 I’m hoping that’s what the AC will do. I’ve heard of people using progesterone creams but I’m worried about using stuff like that without doctors guidance in case I just fuck myself up even more

Hi can anyone help me. Had a miscarriage last Sunday and ended up in theatre as baby was stuck. I'm still getting niggly pains but Iv got a sore tummy across it horizontally like my muscle is pulled, anyone else had this? It's very tender

@TheBirdintheCave how long did it take to get a negative test then? And how long did you bleed for?
i want to try catch ovulation before for first full period as well.
but unsure when to bother start testing my HCG. I miscarried 5 days ago. Should I wait 2 weeks. Once bleeding stop?
