Cycle confusion

Little confused about my cycle.

I had a positive ovulation test (solid smile) on 6/7th March and have EWCM the next day.

But now I'm on day 39 and no period in sight! I've tested and I'm not pregnant.

If I didn't ovulate, when would I expect to next ovulate? So confused.

I didn’t get a positive pregnancy test until after my period was late. Early detection tests came up negative!

My ovulation date must be wrong, as day 40 no sign of a period ☹

If still negative in a couple of days and no period then maybe get a check up.
Have you been unwell or stressed at all?
Sometimes that can affect your period.

I think thats what happened. I had a bit of an stumble with my mental health around ovulation and its messed my cycle up. Feeling much better now.

This must be causing you some stress so try take it easy and test again in a couple of days time. If still negative and still no sign of a period then contact your gp for a check up
