Boobs early indication

Could Sore nipples and aching boobs be a sign of pregnancy?
On the day I was supposed to have my period, I just had a day of watery brown discharge and that was it.
I haven’t had my period besides that one day so technically 7 days late.
But I’m also on the pill too and so irregular. Just my breasts have been aching more than normal and my nipples sooo sensitive.
Is that a sign or am I’m just overreacting

Have you taken a test? If you’re late it would be positive.

It is a sign but can also be a sign of period being imminent or ovulation having just taken place…

In my first pregnancy my boobs were killing me from 9dpo and they never ache, so that was a huge sign for me. In my second pregnancy, they were only mildly sore and that was from 6 weeks pregnant, so ime, sometimes it's a sign.

With both my pregnancies tingling nipples was my first sign!

Yes with me, within 2 days of conceiving. Very mild but I noticed it.

I haven't tested but when is the best time to test? do i have to wait a few more days etc?
I just assumed the one day of brown discharge was a period lol.
My boobs are still sore today, but i haven't had any other symptoms. Been having a little bit of white discharge but hardly anything. So ive just kind of carried on as normal. My next period is in April so shall i just wait to see if it turns up?
