I have been actively trying to conceive with my husband for 20 months now, I get positive ovulation tests and have regular periods but it's still not happened. I don't want to admit that there might be something 'wrong', I just wanted to know if anyone else had the same issue but fell pregnant without fertility treatment? Finding it difficult to stay positive Confused

If you have regular periods and know you ovulate, I suggest to start with your DH. He should get semen analysis done to see if everything is ok on his part. Not everything is on you, despite what some people think or say. Male infertility is just as common. When and if you know everything is ok with DH, you should try to get a referral for HSG and/or laparoscopy.

I second what @lilrosemarie said... Your DH needs a SA and if you've not had your day day 3 bloods done, book those too. If you know you ovulate, you probs don't need to have day 21 but you will need that test if you ultimately need a fertility clinic referral. x
