When to dtd

Sorry to be a pain. I generally ovulate on day 18 of my cycle. When is the best time to dtd to conceive? My partner and I have been trying for a while and I'm wondering if we are doing something wrong. Thanks

Really strange I ovulated very late than usual with my MC CD18, then January when I fell pregnant again I ovulated CD12. Tbh the period after my MC wasn't very nice I don't think my MC was completely dealt with as I thought it was a bit strange it was only for 10 days hardly any pain and very light. I'd had heavier periods.I have 28 day cycles and up until November my MC i ovulated CD13/CD14. We were only trying 6 months and fell pregnant twice in that time. Very lucky I know. I also took evening primrose and it did help with CM. My best advice would be baby dance the 4 days leading up to ovulation. Anything after ovulation especially with our age is a bit pointless imo as our eggs don't last as long. It sounds ridiculous doesn't it only being 36 classed as getting on for baby making lol. I love the cheap opk's you can do 2/3 in a day and watch your LH rise and say right I'm going to defo get my peak in the next day by these results because once it starts rising your onto a winner lol. I've had 3 private scans with my pregnancy so far and all 3 have confirmed by babies size I definitely ovulate the day of my opk. I thought this as I get ovulation pains a couple of hours before my positive opk or just after so don't wait for a positive opk before you baby dance you could of already ovulated. Good luck I'm sure it will happen very soon.

Get the clear blue ovulation sticks. My ovulation was out compared to what I though using those apps. Sperm lives up to 5 days and egg 24-48 hours so you need to take it around that

Don't waste your money on CB the Femometer ones are cheap and worked for us.

It’s always my aim but involves DTD so much 😂
