Sharp stabbing pain in uterus when coughing?

Hello ladies!

Basic info: suspected PCOS (cysts on ovaries, irregular periods, hormones are fine), currently CD45, I believe I ovulated around 2 weeks ago (not sure on exact date), neg IC on CD 39, neg IC and FRER on CD 42, spotting on CD 42, 44, and 45, cervix is soft and high today and has been for a few days.

Basically, I keep getting this sharp stabbing pain on the right of my abdomen, low down nearish my hip bone. I first felt it on CD41 (the day before I first began spotting), then again on CD43 after I coughed, and again just now on CD45 after coughing.

Now I'm fairly certain AF will be starting soon as I've got lots achey AF cramps and spotting is usually a sign that AF is on her way. However, I've had pains like the ones described before but they've never been in the same place, and yet now I've had that same sharp stabbing pain in the same place on multiple different days. Could it be mega early round ligament pain? Or is it wishful thinking and more likely to be cause by one of the cysts on my ovaries or something?
