Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone could share their experiences with low ish progesterone. I came off the pill in July and it took me until October for my periods to come back. Since then, my Luteal phase has been 4-6 days, and my GP ran some blood tests based on this. My progesterone levels (done at 4dpo because I was worried I may not get past that!) came back at 13 which I understand isn’t terrible, but I just got my period at 7dpo and I’m struggling. Even though that was my longest Luteal phase so far (I did get my hopes up not going to lie) I know it’s still way too short. Has anyone else experienced this and been prescribed progesterone or anything else? I was initially worried I wasn’t ovulating but it looks like I (probably) am

When I was TTC baby #1 my luteal phase was only 9-10 days max (not terrible I know) but and after 5
months trying i thought maybe this was the problem so I researched into into and started taking a high dose of vitamin C and B6 both of which apparently help with short LPs, I took both at the start of month 5, and that month I made it to 11 DPO and then the following month I conceived! I have no idea whether any of it made any different but worth trying! I'm TTC baby #2 and have started taking both vits this time too xxxxx
