Acupuncture experiences

I've been ttc for 7 months with no luck yet. I know that it can take up to a year to conceive.

Has anyone had acupuncture when ttc? What were your experiences of it?

I've been considering acupuncture too. Interested to find out if it's been effective for others.

I realise this isn’t a personal experience but a close friend had it through a woman who specialised in Chinese medicine and she did conceive during this time. She said that she doesn’t know if the acupuncture helped but the lifestyle changes that were suggested like drinking more water, addressing some other health issues and reducing her stress through these sessions likely helped her
