I have two children conceived with Clomid because I don't ovulate. My DH and I really want a third but again I just am not ovulating. We tried for years with our first but nothing until clomid. our Second we went straight to meds. I have a high BMI at the moment and I am working on this to help, so cannot use Clomid right now.

Anyone in a similar situation? Really would love to conceive naturally but I just don't ovulate without meds 😫

How high is your BMI? Will your trust not prescribe if its over a certain number? Mine was 28 when i conceived DD1 and i was told that Letrozole works better for higher BMIs than Clomid anyway, and it's safer as it has a lower risk of multiples. Have you also tried metformin?

@AnotherNC22 my bmi is 38 so not eligible for any help until it's less unfortunately, but i am trying to work on it. I've been on metformin on and off for years (currently on 1000mg) but doesn't make much difference if I'm totally honest with you. I will ask about letrozole though thank you. I just wish I ovulated even once to give us a chance you know? Totally feeling sorry for myself here I know and I'm so lucky to have the two I have 😊
