Aspirin after miscarriage

Hello, just wondering if those that started taking aspirin have had better outcomes? I had a missed miscarriage a couple of weeks ago, had an MVA and now waiting for pregnancy tests to be negative. It was my first miscarriage, I have a little boy who is one. I have a clotting disorder which doesn’t affect day to day life, but when I’m pregnant I need to take fragmin until birth. The thing is, I can’t get fragmin prescribed until my booking appts with my midwife at about 8wks. With my successful pregnancy I was given 150mg aspirin at 12 wks scan due to risk of preeclampsia which I took until 36wks, so that was taken alongside the fragmin injections. I know I’m still in the very early days since miscarriage, and there’s nothing to suggest the clotting disorder had anything to do with the loss, but also in that terrified state of never wanting to go through that again. I know it’s one of those things and cannot be always helped, and in reality there is probably not much i can/can’t do to change future outcomes. I also understand why a lot of things aren’t given until after 12wks, as until then things can go either way. I just worry that those first few weeks are such a fragile time! I just wonder if perhaps aspirin would help if I am lucky enough to get pregnant again, and when would I start taking it?
