Digital basal thermometer help

I've finally found the digital thermometer i used when TTC my LO. BUT I don't remember how to use it and I can't find the instructions. Could someone help me? Has anyone got one similar?

I turn it on and it says "Lo" then it beeps.

Whilst im here, is this correct?
You have to take the temp as soon as you wake up
You have to take the temp about the same time every day

Hello @Littleredwagon2308 I don’t have this exact thermometer but it looks abit the same.

Lo means low temp it’s displaying that first because it’s outside of the body. Does it change after to a dotted line? Usually mine will go Lo and then show my last temp and then dotted line and I can use it but if I just press the button and use straight away it works.

You take your temp first thing when your wake up before moving (apart from reaching for thermometer), speaking, drinking etc. and try to take it within the same time give or take 30mins.

It's saying Lo cause it isn't in your mouth.

First thing when you wake put it under your tongue. Hold it there for 1 min, then press the button and wait for the beep, read the temp. Try to do at same time every morning.
