Ovulation bleeding

Hi ladies! Does anyone else have ovulation bleeding? If so what's it like? I had it for the first time this month, although I finished breast feeding 7 weeks ago so maybe it's that?? I just wondered what's people's experience of it was like?

I had two days of red spotting could of got away with not using anything x

Until recently I have never had ovulation spotting or bleeding but for the last 3 cycles I have had some sporting in the day I am ovulating.

Throughout my last cycle I did not stop spotting until I had a really light period for 1 day and then it completely stopped. It's left me hella confused.

I have never had it before this but me and my partner started TTC in January and it's only been since then I have noticed it

@Gillseybear thays what is happening to me! I had a really light period, now I'm on CD14 ovulation yest according to digital opk, but this whole cycle has been on and off spotting, yest was red now today just brown cm sorry for TMI!

I had my covid booster on the 4th January. I then had AF from 8th to the 11th January. My previous few cycles had been 3 weeks exactly and so I was expecting AF again on the 29th January. I had ovulation spotting for the first time and I spent lots of time feeling nauseous and even vomiting. Plus a mixture of over symptoms but all tests were BFN. I started spotting on the 31st of January and then on the 1st and 2nd of February it was heavier like an AF but nowhere near as heavy and it just was not right.
Then last cycle. I ovulated around Valentine's Day and from then until the 26th february I had really light spotting. It got a little heavier on the 26th but I literally put 1 pad on and that was it. Then it stopped and that was it. It was really light again and was more like bloody discharge than an actual period.
I have spoken to my doctors and they have given me tablets to help the spotting but they will not do anything else. I have been trying to get an appointment with gynaecology since November as they found evidence that I have adenomyosis and so been waiting to get into see them.

To top it all of I am having to bow change doctors. I was a university student until the middle of last month. So I have been registers with my university doctors but I can only use them as a student. I contacted the main surgery of my doctors and I am not in there catchment area and so I am trying to get a new doctors sorted to speak to them and hoping they can help me figure everything out.

A tiny bit but lots of pain, made it very easy to conceive DS2 though! It’s more a ridiculous amount of discharge tinged with blood - sorry tmi! Hoping that will settle down soon, I’m 5 months post partum and didn’t have this pre kids.

Really hope someone picks this message up, I know the threads a few months old. I'm looking for some advise..

Been ttc for around 8 months. Last few months I've had a blob of cm with a streak of blood in it around the time of ovulation. I've been using ovulation strips on and off for a few months but this month I've had two really strong positives two days in a row now. Like the test line comes up immediately before the control line and its much darker.

Anyone had experience of ovulation bleeding at all? Never noticed it before until recently and wondered if anyone can shed some light.

@CRJ hey! I never had it before having my DD, we are currently trying to have another baby and I've been getting it every month, ewcm and blood streaks in it around ovulation, my line also always come up immediately when I am ovulating xx

I know this is an old post but was wondering how everyone got on?

I had a 1 day period a few weeks ago (which was 10 days late), now I'm on cycle day 14 and have had brown and red spotting- not enough to wear a pad. It's only when I wipe, but I've never had it before. It's making me feel a bit sick and keep getting pinching in my stomach too.

Is this a good sign?

@Gillseybear hey, I'm currently 24 weeks pregnant.! I never had ovulation bleeding before but after stopping breastfeeding in January 2022 I seemed to get it! I fell pregnant in March last year and suffered a MC at 12 weeks, and after that it stopped, fell pregnant again in September!!

Good luck to you! I always without fail used to get really bad bloating and pinching during ovulation! Do you track cycles?
