faint posatives or evap?

so i did ovulation tests yesterday and by mistake a pregnancy test the test had a faint line on to my disbalief as i bled 14 days ago for 3-4 days so i assumed that was my period i have done a different test today and another faint line could any one shed some light on if for me please thanks in advance i have added yesterdays and todays test all in a 5 min time frame
