1 day late according to app

Had a difficult month , ovulation was late peak around day 21. I have had covid for last week … so haven’t been keeping track of tww so much . App now says period is 1 day late as on day 31, never had a period later than day 30. Did a cheapie test yesterday but bfn , no sign period yet and painful boobs but have been sore since ovulation which is normal . Thinking cycles are getting messed up due to late ovulation 😞

Try to test again in a few days if AF doesn’t come, I use Flo too! It’s really good but I have to remind myself not to obsess over too many symptoms. I tested this morning, I’m due for AF in two days but I got a very faint positive this morning and not sure if what to make of it.

I feel good?! I was very tearful/ mood swings earlier in the week. Bad bloating and indigestion this week, fatigue and some sensitivity to smells, only very very mild nausea. Xxx

you said your peak was at day 21, and you're now on day 31? Let's assume you ovulated 24h after your peak, that would put you at 9dpo - still early.
How long is your luteal phase normally?

@Bundaberg84 um maybe 12do but last month my cycle was bit odd too. It’s been since starting seven seas . So stopping as was find before these !!!

If you normally have a 12 day luteal phase, then you're not late as of now. If you ovulated later, your AF will also show up later. Your luteal phase normally stays the same length.

That’s interesting to know, I never knew this. My Flo app says my luteual phase is 14 days, I’m 1 day late and had faint test above! I’m scared to retest 😂😂 so I’m putting it off for longer lol x
